These terms describe the intended use and limitations of SpinAndDecide at spinanddecide.com. Effective date: November 4, 2026. The site provides free browser-based random selection tools and general explanatory content. Contact [email protected] with questions. Your own event rules, responsibilities and applicable requirements remain separate from the result produced by a wheel.
Appropriate use
Use the tools for lawful, low-stakes activities with options you are entitled to include and participants who can freely choose whether to take part. Do not use the site to harass people, expose private information, misrepresent odds or imply that a result supplies consent. Random output is not professional advice or an appropriate basis for consequential financial, medical, legal, educational-placement or employment decisions.
Entries, weights and responsibility
You are responsible for the labels, eligibility rules, duplicate entries and weights you provide. Equal entry chances do not mean equal chances per person when a person has several tickets. Winner removal deletes a selected line and does not automatically match identities or manage prize inventory. Review your setup before presenting a selection to others.
Promotions and paid draws
The site does not sell tickets, process payments, verify participants, administer promotions or distribute rewards. We do not certify that a raffle, giveaway or other activity meets legal or platform requirements. Organizers must determine the requirements for their particular event and use suitable systems or qualified support when formal verification, consent management or independent oversight is needed.
Availability and limitations
The tools depend on browser features including JavaScript and secure random-value generation. Clipboard, fullscreen and storage behavior can vary by device and browser settings. We aim to provide clear functionality but do not promise uninterrupted availability, suitability for every purpose or an independently certified audit history. A browser operator can modify local code or entries.
Saved wheels and sharing
Local saves are stored in the current browser profile and may be lost when site data is cleared or the profile changes. A shared link contains a configuration snapshot that can be read by anyone receiving it. Keep essential records separately and avoid private information in labels. A configuration link does not guarantee a repeated winner or identical future sequence.
