Raffle Wheel
The raffle wheel draws a ticket from a list you prepare. Replace the sample ticket numbers with your eligible entries, check the total and announce how winners will be handled before spinning. Winner removal is enabled in this preset so the selected ticket leaves the next draw. The tool can support a small informal selection, but it does not sell tickets, accept payments, verify eligibility or provide a tamper-evident draw record. Organizers must manage those responsibilities separately.
Your entries
6 entriesEach die rolls independently. The wheel shows the first die; the result lists every die and the total. Keep the face entries unchanged.
Equal chance for every entry. Repeated labels count as separate entries.
How to use this wheel
- Review the preset entries and replace any labels that do not fit your raffle activity.
- Check the displayed entry count, duplicate lines and removal setting before starting.
- Select Spin the wheel, wait for the reveal and read the result in the dialog.
- Copy the result if you need a record, then close the dialog or start another round.
Match the wheel to your ticket record
Use unique ticket identifiers rather than personal contact details. Compare the wheel’s entry count with your source record before drawing, including any voided or ineligible tickets. If one person legitimately holds multiple tickets, include each eligible ticket separately. Their overall chance then reflects the number of tickets they hold, even though every individual ticket has an equal chance in equal mode.
State what winner removal actually means
This preset removes the selected line after the result is revealed. A person with another ticket can still win later unless your rules prohibit repeat winners at the person level. If your event allows only one prize per person, maintain the ticket-to-person mapping outside the tool and remove that person’s other tickets according to your published procedure. Do not assume line removal performs identity matching.
Keep the draw procedure visible
Show the final eligible list, count the prizes and decide how absent or unresponsive winners will be handled. Copy each result into your own record as it appears. A screen recording may help explain an informal draw, but this browser tool is not an independently certified audit service. Use an approved platform if your event requires verifiable records, payments or participant authentication.
Check requirements before running an event
Raffle requirements differ by location and by how tickets or prizes are offered. This page is a tool explanation, not permission to run a paid draw. Determine the applicable rules and eligibility restrictions before collecting entries. For a simple free office activity, keep the prize descriptions and closing time clear so participants know what the wheel is selecting.
Frequently asked questions
Does the raffle wheel sell or track tickets?
No. You supply the ticket list and keep the underlying records yourself. The wheel selects from the entries currently visible in the editor. It does not reconcile purchases, detect fraudulent tickets or determine whether a person is eligible.
Can one person have several tickets?
Yes, if your event rules allow it. Add each valid ticket as a separate unique entry. A person with three tickets has three eligible entries, so their total chance differs from someone holding one. Make that allocation rule clear before the draw.
Will removing a ticket stop its owner winning again?
Only that selected line is removed automatically. Other tickets belonging to the same person remain eligible. A one-prize-per-person rule requires you to identify and remove the winner’s other entries using your own records.
Is this a certified raffle or compliance platform?
No. It provides random browser-based selection but no independent certification, payment processing, eligibility checks or tamper-evident logs. Check the requirements for your event and use a suitable approved system when those features are necessary.
