Questions about a wheel, a correction to a guide or a problem using a control? Email [email protected]. This is the contact address supplied for the site. You do not need to send your complete participant list to describe a problem. Use a small example with made-up labels whenever possible.
Send a useful bug report
Include the page address, the action you tried, what you expected and what happened instead. Your browser name, device type and whether JavaScript was enabled can help identify a problem. A screenshot can be useful, but remove names, contact details and any sensitive information first.
Accessibility feedback
Tell us which control or page is difficult to use and, if relevant, which keyboard method or assistive technology you use. We aim to keep labels, focus behavior and written results clear. Browser-specific limitations with fullscreen, clipboard access or local storage may require a different approach.
Privacy requests
For a question about information sent to us by email or ordinary site operation, explain what you would like us to review. We do not receive your local wheel list through the selection code and cannot retrieve or erase a local save on your device. You can remove saved wheels through the tool or your browser’s site-data settings.
Promotion and account questions
SpinAndDecide does not run an account service, administer your giveaway, distribute prizes or verify eligibility. Contact the organizer of a particular event for its rules and results. If reporting misuse of our site, send the relevant public page or link and a factual description without including unnecessary personal information.
